Veronica Giordano is the Southern California Managing Director for PACE Equity.
Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Veronica moved to New York in her early twenties in pursuit of her master’s degree.
She has over 20 years of experience in the finance world, including Equity Research at Morgan Stanley, Private Banking at J.P. Morgan and Citibank, and Commercial Real Estate financing from Bank of The West-BNP Paribas and Comerica Bank, where she was a Senior Vice President.
Veronica has worked on many business and commercial real estate transactions ranging from $5 – $640 million. She has extensive experience in financing diverse project types from acquisitions to commercial real estate loans for multi-family, retail, single purpose and industrial assets.
Veronica has a demonstrated ability to adapt to new places and cultures. She lived in Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo, London, New York and currently Southern California for 11 years. She is ready to drive business in English, Spanish and Portuguese. She holds a master’s degree in international relations and business from New York University, and an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Buenos Aires.
Veronica lives with her two kids. She loves attending her kids’ soccer and volleyball tournaments and travelling around the world.
