As Director of Transaction Management, East Coast, Tate leads and supports a team of Transaction Managers, Analysts, and Engineering Support staff to ensure the successful closing of projects within the region. This involves managing all phases of transaction oversight, including underwriting, Investment Committee support, process optimization, and client engagement.
His experience includes business consulting with state, city, and private funding sources to fill financing gaps in complex capital stacks for projects. Tate has worked extensively with SBA loans and other non-bank forms of financing such as TIF, special purpose grants, HTC’s, and various state and city forgivable loan programs.
Tate enjoys golfing, cycling, hiking, working out, and spending time with friends and family.
