Stephen Arrivello is the Managing Director for PACE Equity in Philadelphia. His career includes commercial and investment banking, sales management, real estate development, financing, and brokerage. His real estate experience spans more than twenty years and includes finance, development, and brokerage with a specialty on acquisition and assemblages of property, specifically those with title issues. He is a team builder whose strengths are centered on strategic growth, efficient operations, and internal and external team building and relationship development.
Steve began his finance career as a commercial credit analyst with Fidelity Bank and worked in a variety of real estate roles and with a variety of organizations. Most recently, he was the Chief Operating Officer for a specialty real estate development company with primary responsibility for executing the company’s growth strategy.
He is active in his community; he is the Executive Director of the Community Preservation Alliance, a non-profit headquartered in Philadelphia that seeks to remove blight and foster community development through an innovative legal strategy known as Act 135. He currently serves as a Board member of Lambda Alpha International, the Honorary Society for the Advancement of Land Economics and a Committee member of the American Cancer Society’s Bike-A-Thon. He has served on the Boards of the Philadelphia Community Corps and Hope Partnership for Education.
Stephen is an alumnus of Temple University and a lifelong Philadelphia-area resident.
