Sean Brennan is a Managing Director at PACE Equity, where he focuses on new developments, recapitalizations, and large-scale commercial renovation projects across the State of Michigan. With a career in commercial real estate that spans since 2013, Sean has built extensive expertise in the industry.
Before joining PACE Equity, Sean founded Baseline Capital Partners, a boutique, full-service commercial real estate firm offering investment, leasing, and consulting services to investors and tenants in Michigan and Washington, D.C. Among his notable achievements, Sean was honored as a CRAIN’S DETROIT “BIG DEALS” 2021 honoree, recognizing him as part of one of the largest commercial real estate transactions. Over the course of his career, he has been directly responsible for the origination of more than $75 million in sales and capital transactions.
Sean began his professional journey in Washington, D.C., where he served as Project Manager and Strategic Advisor to the Director of the Clean Cities Program at the U.S. Department of Energy. He also worked as an Energy Analyst at the Department of Energy’s Energy Information Administration. His career further expanded through roles at the U.S. House of Representatives, SM&A, Siemens, and CoStar Group.
Mr. Brennan holds a Master’s degree from George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies from Mercyhurst University.
He currently resides in Plymouth, MI, with his wife, Rebecca, daughter, Charlotte, and their loyal dog, Wall-E. Outside of work, Sean enjoys playing basketball and networking with fellow commercial real estate professionals.
