Pam is the Senior Vice President of Asset Management.
Pam Haack is a demonstrated leader with over 30 years of construction asset management, construction disbursing, and operations experience in the commercial real estate industry. Pam has a proven track record of continuous improvement and a passion for excellence, advancing clients to new levels providing comprehensive client service, embracing new challenges, and inspiring and leading teams through successful and smooth transactions.
Pam brings expertise to PACE Equity with experience directing teams to close over $2 billion in construction and institutional lending and managed operations for a construction portfolio over $2.0 billion. Additionally, Pam has led teams to disburse loans for large national developers in more than 35 states and has realized significant savings in legal and other third-party fees for clients in excess of $250,000.
Prior to joining PACE Equity, Pam has held multiple prominent roles for M&I Institutional Real Estate Group including Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Operations where she managed closings, construction disbursements, and servicing. Pam has also held multiple roles with BMO Harris Bank – North America including Vice President of U.S. Commercial Real Estate where she managed risk for construction and commercial real estate financing.
Pam is a graduate of Upper Iowa University. Pam is involved in her community and volunteers for the Friends of the Library, organized the Danish Student Exchange Program for a local high school, is on the committee for Pay for P.I.N.K. charitable events, and has volunteered for the Child Abuse Prevention Fund (CAPF).
