Olivia Sell is a Transaction Analyst at PACE Equity.
Olivia is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, holding a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance. Her experience includes commercial property management at Irgens Partners and a brokerage internship with Newmark. She is a member of the Commercial Association of Relators Wisconsin’s NextGen Class of 2023.
As a Transaction Analyst, Olivia is responsible for pricing incoming projects, underwriting, preparing commitments and term sheets, and assisting the sales team in every stage of the sales process. She works directly with leadership to maintain deal flow quality and consistency.
She lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and spends her free time attending cycle classes, camping, and spending time with loved ones.
