Meng Cheng is a Transaction Manager at PACE Equity.
He has a B.A. in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania and is completing his MBA at University of Wisconsin – Madison. His experience includes loan origination for a mortgage bank, accounting services at a law firm, and credit analysis within the manufacturing industry. Meng has extensive experience advising clients on loan structuring and guiding the path to successful closings on portfolio and government loan products.
As a Transaction Manager, Meng manages our east coast projects. In this role, he collaborates with all stakeholders in the underwriting process towards PACE program approval and funding – from first engagement to successful close.
Meng lives in Milwaukee and likes to volunteer with local organizations around Oak Leaf Trail.
