Jason Lund is the Florida Managing Director for PACE Equity.
Jason is an expertly seasoned real estate and consulting professional with over two decades’ experience in all facets of commercial and residential real estate. His background encompasses all commercial real estate industries, including retail, industrial, office, land development, triple net leases, and asset redevelopment. To date, his gross aggregate deal transaction volume exceeds $5 billion, completing 1000+ transactions including development, sales, and numerous complex lease negotiations throughout the country.
Jason has extensive experience across the commercial real estate industry. Previous roles include Executive Managing Director for Colliers International, Senior Director – Global Real Estate for WeWork, and Director (Associate Broker) – Tenant & Landlord Representation for Newmark Knight Frank.
Outside of his career, Jason has a number of entrepreneurial endeavors. He was the founder of OSBAAT Development, a dynamic real estate development firm focusing on college campuses for retail, housing, and storage needs. In addition, Jason was the founder of Café Frais, Campus Stor-It, and Daily Tee Golf. He is a franchisee/owner operator for Frios Gourmet Pops.
Jason is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of Florida, New York, New Jersey, and Illinois. He received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston, in South Carolina.
