Heather is a Transaction Manager for the West Coast Region at PACE Equity.
She is responsible for the review, document collection, underwriting, and transaction management of all projects in her assigned territory. This requires working closely with both internal and external partners to help bring each transaction to closing.
Before joining PACE Equity, Heather spent 12 years at JPMorgan Chase in various underwriting roles within their Home Lending Department. She specialized in loans for high-net-worth and self-employed borrowers, navigating complex income, asset, and business structures. Heather transitioned to a Director of Underwriting role at a local asset-based lender before bringing her expertise to PACE, where she was eager to expand her career in Commercial Real Estate and contribute to the mission of building better buildings.
Originally from the La Crosse area, Heather moved to Milwaukee to attend the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing.
Heather currently resides in Milwaukee’s Brewer’s Hill neighborhood with her significant other and their spoiled French Bulldog, Zeeba. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, supporting Wisconsin sports teams (especially the Brewers), working out, reading, and soaking up the sunshine. Passionate about giving back, Heather is actively involved in the community, supporting various non-profits and participating in volunteer work.
