Frank Swain is a Managing Director for PACE Equity. Through advocacy, development, partnerships, and financing, Frank’s career has been dedicated to deploying clean energy and energy efficiency solutions.
Prior to joining the PACE Equity team, Frank originated C-PACE projects across multiple markets, working to ensure clients received optimal financing while project managing the PACE process from initial concept to close.
Frank started his career in Washington, D.C. working in the clean energy practice of a lobbying group. Frank then made the move out to Colorado where he continued clean energy advocacy work at the Denver Capitol. Having had his fill of politics, Frank attended the University of Denver earning his MBA with a concentration in commercial real estate. Frank received his undergraduate degree from Davidson College in North Carolina. A dedicated professional, Frank works on behalf of clients in the built environment to ensure climate and pocket-friendly upgrades move forward.
Frank resides in Denver, Colorado with his wife, daughter, and dog. In his free time, Frank enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and enjoying the Rocky Mountains.
