Emily Holbrook is Vice President of Field Experience at PACE Equity.
As Vice President of Field Experience, Emily has accountability for growth of the nationwide Managing Director distribution channel including recruiting, onboarding, training and sales process development. Emily has a passion to enhance the experience of Managing Directors across the country so they can help clients pair financial success with climate success.
Prior to joining PACE Equity, Emily was the Vice President – Field Experience at Northwestern Mutual. Throughout her 15-year career in financial services, Emily held a variety of leadership roles in sales enablement, go to market strategy, change management, and digital transformation.
Emily received her bachelor’s degree and MBA focused on marketing and management from Marquette University.
Emily lives in Mequon, Wisconsin, and is married with two daughters and a black lab. She loves international travel, Women’s Empowerment volunteer missions, and outdoor adventure of all types.
