With over a decade of experience in HR, Delilah is passionate about creating workplaces where people feel supported, valued, and set up for success. As Accounting and HR Operation Lead, Delilah focuses on creating smooth and positive experiences for employees at every stage of their journey. She handles the full employee lifecycle with a focus on efficiency and care. Some of Delilah’s tasks include payroll, onboarding and offboarding, policy development, refining processes, and ensuring compliance.
Outside of work, you’ll most likely catch her out on a hiking trail, camping, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. She has a love for antiquing and restoring furniture, which lets her bring old pieces back to life. Whether at work or in her hobbies, she enjoys problem-solving, being creative, and making things better than she found them.
