Christine Rauch is the Director of Asset Management – Construction at PACE Equity.
Christine has over 20 years of experience in credit administration, with extensive experience in construction monitoring, loan operations, portfolio management, and credit administration across Small Business, Middle Market, Commercial Real Estate, and Agriculture sectors. She is an accomplished professional in the monitoring and management of construction loans, having previously led the risk evaluation of over $3 billion in construction portfolio assets.
Previous experience includes Vice President, Commercial Services Manager at Huntington Bank, Assistant Vice President, Construction Loan Administrator at Bank Mutual, and Vice President, Underwriting Review Officer at Associated Bank.
Christine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, exploring flea markets, and knitting.
