Christina Perduk is the Director of Asset Management at PACE Equity.
Christina has experience is banking and residential lending. She served as a Mortgage Consultant for residential projects that would pre-underwrite in accordance with investor guidelines.
Prior to that, Christina worked at major banking institution as a Residential Mortgage Assistant and a Relationship Banker. In those roles she spearheaded all facets of loan pipelines and worked with clients to provide advice and financial solutions. Christina brings extensive experience from her roles in the financial and lending industries.
Christina earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University. She grew up in Ohio and now lives in Spring, Texas, where she enjoys working out, the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
