Christian DeLisle is the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia Managing Director for PACE Equity.
Christian is an experienced and skilled professional with over 15 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Banking. He is an expert in commercial real estate lending, portfolio management, and credit analysis. At PACE Equity, Christian is excited to work with real estate developers and property owners to incorporate PACE financing into their communities.
Prior to joining PACE Equity, Christian held many leadership positions in commercial banking. He served as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at FVCBank, where he led a team of professionals managing a diverse portfolio of loans. As Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking for Forbright Bank, he was responsible for the development and execution of strategic plans, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing credit quality and risk management.
Christian is a graduate from the University of Florida’s Graduate Business School. He lives in Arlington, VA with his wife and two daughters.
