Cathy is the Missouri Managing Director at PACE Equity. She offers clients decades of experience in the real estate industry. She has been working in the C-PACE industry since its inception. Cathy funded the first recapitalization C- PACE project in the city of St. Louis.
She is a member of Missouri Gateway Green Building Council , Commercial Real Estate of Women (CREW) Network and the CCIM Institute.
She lives in St. Louis with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family.
