Bowin Bassindale is the Director of Transaction Management for the West Coast. Bowin first joined PACE Equity in 2022 as a Transaction Manager having a background in finance and entrepreneurship. In that role, he closed nearly $200 million in PACE assessments working with PACE programs across the nation.
As the Director of Transaction Management, Bowin manages and supports a team of Transaction Managers, Transaction Analysts, and Engineers who oversee projects in the West Coast region. This includes working internally and with clients to underwrite, collect data, and qualify projects for Investment Committee approval. Additionally, Bowin is responsible for team development, hiring, training, quality assurance, and oversight of company processes.
Bowin holds a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. He currently lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and spends his free time watching movies, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with loved ones.
