Bert Belanger is a Managing Director for PACE Equity, providing funding for new commercial real estate developments and large-scale retrofits and rehabilitation projects for the state of Oklahoma.
Bert has over 40 years of experience in his field, having held a variety of positions including Real Estate Developer, Adjunct Professor, Partner (at multiple law firms), and Owner & Principal of Belanger Brokerage. He helped his firm become one of the Top Twenty Multifamily Constructors in the USA, assisted in the redevelopment of multiple downtown areas and city establishments, and aided Fair Housing Initiatives in four different states.
Bert earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Oklahoma State University, followed quickly by a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He maintains his connection with the state of Oklahoma by giving back through multiple associations. He is an Order of the Coif and Law Review Editor, Leadership Oklahoma City Class XIX, and Former President of the Positively Paseo Redevelopment Agency.
In addition to Bert’s clear dedication to his work, he is truly devoted to his family. He has been married for 40 years, living in Oklahoma City near his children and grandchildren.
