Aysha Cox is Director, Closings at PACE Equity.
Aysha is responsible for overseeing and managing the closing process for all PACE Equity projects. She works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure documentation and underwriting are in compliance with requirements for PACE programs, investors, and company guidelines. Aysha plays a vital role in the transaction process at PACE Equity, maintaining our commitment to unmatched quality and excellence across closings.
She has extensive experience in finance and real estate, coming to PACE Equity from a private commercial lender, where she was a Senior Underwriter for real estate bridge and construction loans.
Prior to that, Aysha worked at a private equity Real Estate Investment Trust as an Asset Manager for commercial loans and REO property, as well as a Loan Servicer. In these roles, she managed distressed debt and provided loan workouts for non-performing loans, managing REIT owned assets, and servicing of various construction, bridge, and portfolio loans. Aysha has worked with real estate investments for over a decade and brings experience and passion to the role.
Aysha earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University. She lives in Fort Myers, Florida, where she enjoys running, working out, fishing, anything outdoors, the beach, spending time with friends, and keeping up with her two sons.
