Aysha Cox is a Senior Transaction Manager at PACE Equity.
She has experience in finance and real estate, coming to PACE Equity from a private commercial lender, where she was a Senior Underwriter for real estate bridge and construction loans.
Prior to that, Aysha worked at a private equity Real Estate Investment Trust as an Asset Manager for commercial loans and REO property, as well as a Loan Servicer. In these roles, she managed distressed debt and provided loan workouts for non-performing loans, managing REIT owned assets, and servicing of various construction, bridge, and portfolio loans. Aysha has worked with real estate investments for over ten years and brings experience and passion to the role.
Aysha earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University. She lives in Fort Myers, Florida, where she enjoys running, working out, fishing, boating, and spending time with her family.
