Local PACE Programs

The state of Nevada has passed legislation enabling C-PACE financing, and the city of Las Vegas’ administrator is titled the Las Vegas PACE Program. PACE Equity financing is available for retroactive refinancings up to 3 years after project completion, in addition to new constructions and redevelopments. Nevada C-PACE also includes seismic improvements in its eligible measures. For all programs, the PACE Equity Engineering and Building Optimization Team performs the required energy audit and application to the program. We offer an end-to-end process that allows you to experience a streamlined and event-free process.
