Local PACE Programs

Detroit and greater Michigan’s C-PACE program falls under the administration of Lean and Green Michigan. LAGM allows for PACE Equity financing to be utilized for new constructions, redevelopments, and retroactive refinancing up to 36 months from work completion with a maximum amortization period of 25 years. LAGM allows PACE Equity financing to be used to pay for renewable energy, energy efficiency, and water efficiency improvements to any commercial projects. For all programs, the PACE Equity Engineering and Building Optimization Team performs the required energy audit and application to the program.
