Tricia Baker, Senior Vice President of Strategy & Impact, was honored as a Marketing / Communications Professional 2024 Woman of Influence by Globe St. This award celebrates the women who drive the commercial real estate industry forward.
Tricia’s career has distinguished her as a global leader in business development, marketing, and strategy. From her tenure at Johnson Controls, she garnered immense experience with energy efficiency and building technology. At PACE Equity, she leveraged this experience to develop and lead the CIRRUS Low Carbon program. Under her leadership, CIRRUS Low Carbon projects have contributed to over 70,000 metric tons of fewer carbon emissions in the build environment and recently published the first Impact Report showcasing the climate impact of PACE Equity and its clients.
Tricia Baker is a board member of the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council and C.O.nxt.
