PACE Equity executive Ethan Elser participated in the signing of the Monroe County Energize New York Open Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program this month. Local officials were pleased to share the details of the program which is expected to allow for improvements of properties, lower operating expenses, and positively impact communities.
