PACE Equity was named Lender of the Year by REJournals. We were recognized for our work in advancing the industry with energy efficient commercial development. Specific recognition was due to our work with the Colman Yards development in Rockford, Illinois, which will transform the historic former Barber-Colman Campus into a luxurious mixed-use development with apartments, retail and leisure hot spots. Thanks to PACE Equity’s CIRRUS Low Carbon certification, Colman Yards is expected to save 21,000 metric tons of carbon. That is equivalent to annual emissions from 4,700 cars!
