Beau Engman is a recognized leader in the drive for sustainability in the built environment. He founded PACE Equity in 2014 to enable commercial building infrastructure improvements by leveraging energy efficiency savings and PACE tax assessments. Under his leadership, PACE Equity has enabled $2.7 billion in commercial development and reduced carbon emissions by over 1 million metric tons. That is the equivalent of 2.5 billion fewer miles being driven on the road by cars!
