Taylor is the lead developer for the Coliseum Building, a CIRRUS Low Carbon verified historic redevelopment in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This historic building was vandalized during the civil unrest in Minneapolis in 2020 and was in need of updating and modernizing.
PACE Equity provided $2.1 million in low-cost, non-recourse, fixed-rate financing for the redevelopment and revitalization of this building. The Coliseum Building is predicted to save over $2 million in energy and operations savings due to investments in energy efficiency made as part of CIRRUS Low Carbon.
