PACE Equity (www.pace-equity.com) is the leading funder of CPACE projects for real estate development. Since 2014, PACE Equity has funded C-PACE projects in innovative, never before seen ways. We pursue better buildings that lower carbon emissions while they improve customer returns. We put the customer and the planet at the center of all that we do. PACE Equity works with commercial building owners and developers who are undertaking major construction projects such as building renovation, solar & renewables, redevelopment and ground up new construction. PACE Equity provides capital for these projects through Commercial PACE programs throughout the country.

We are looking for a Director of Sales Recruiting and Development to join our team!

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

We are searching for a Director of Recruiting and Development to help us grow a thriving distribution channel that attracts, retains and grows top quality Managing Directors. Our Director of Recruiting and Development will have responsibility for recruiting, onboarding and developing Market Leaders to successfully help clients across the nation leverage C-PACE Financing to both improve financial outcomes and reduce their carbon footprint. This is a newly created role reporting to the VP, Distribution Strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In collaboration with the Originations leadership team, creates and implements recruiting, onboarding, and training development programs.
  • Develops the criteria to identify and evaluate candidate’s potential to succeed
  • Creates sourcing strategies to fill open positions and build territory pipelines that anticipate future needs.
  • Plans and conducts recruitment and selection processes (candidate identification, interviews, screening calls, etc.)
  • Develops metrics and reports that identify areas of improvement, trends, and provide visibility to candidate pipeline and Managing Director critical competency development.
  • Manages the development and quality of individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance.
  • Conducts and facilitates ongoing study group calls and training sessions for new and current Managing Director.
  • Coordinates with other sales coaches and support resources to ensure end-to-end continuity of Managing Director development.

QUALIFIED APPLICANTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of direct recruiting and sourcing experience
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and experience developing sales team curriculum
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of individuals throughout the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook-calendar, email; Excel-spreadsheets; Power point-presentations; Word) social media and job boards
  • Commercial real estate financing experience a plus
